i am bored, so i shall blog

ok, so this saturday at 2pm, a group of us are going to boulevard to go CONVERSE SHOPPING cause fellow 3B-ian Marcus wants a pair. (YAY) you can join us if u like, the more the merrier :)

We (Lorna and I) have "converted" many people... so that explains the sudden surge of Converse shoes in the 3B students haha. So far, we've managed to convert James, Nelson, Ya Wan, Nat Sim, Mel Lau, Chris Lau's sister? lol :D and now MARCUS!! and Diandra wants a pair too. :P

So glad to spread the All Star love ^^.

Currently, I'm a fan of Chuck Taylors :D high tops and low tops alike.


(got this pic off the net) there are exactly 28 SHOES in this picture! 28 students in 3B :) yes, i counted them, ok? big deal haha. unless there's a mistake.. then you can count them haha

My particularly favourite pair is my black and red double tongue low top. (It's the one with different coloured shoelaces. one's red and one's white)


The fabric's gotten soft after awhile (supposed to happen) so it's real comfy now :D

I bought one new pair of low top chuckies in KL. OK, just searched for pics, couldn't find them.. oh well haha.

But here's a pair of shoes that I bought with LORNA!! at boulevard the last time we were there


lol, merry christmas? Lorna's gonna get a pair of red chucks too :P then we'll parade the streets HAHA

So AANNYYWAYY... I've learnt alot more about converse just by talking to Lorna about them haha. like Prostars:

These black ones are like the ones James and Nelson bought. James got the black ones and Nelson bought the brown. It's a sorta classic yet urban look.

but i think i'll stick with my chuck taylors for now haha

and she introduced Jack Purcells!

it's more street fashion I think, well that's how it looks to me haha. It's a bulkier look, suitable for basketball I guess. Goes great with surf pants (but so do high tops).

And they have converse BABY SHOES!!

cute!!! ADORABLE!! they're called First Stars haha. I like the soles of the shoes. so soft *squish squish*

converse also has a music collection. as a tribute to famous artistes and bands with a new collection of shoes.
First, they did a collection on Kurt Kobain *cheers*


Then, it was The Grateful Dead (John Varvatos)


Then after that was the band Black Sabbath (the ones I saw on display in KL and Boulevard)


And now, the latest one.. a tribute to Jim Morrison and the rest of the band The Doors! *applause*


Converse is also popular in the Hollywood scene...
